Loads
These loads are inserted by the user and are considered additional loads to what the floor or roof system is already being designed at. This is in addition to the software automatically generating loads.
Point load
Load is concentrated at a given point on a member, using PLF units or lbs.
User can input this using x-y coordinates
Line Load
A PLF load or a Tapered load is inserted using point to point or x-y coordinates. (using dimensions)
Area Load
An Area Boundary load is inserted in PSF units and a user has the option to override span deflection. (Example: Granite counter in kitchen, tiles in kitchen) This also includes a Tapered Area Load. The complete boundary can reflect that Tapered Load. (Example: a roof drift load)
